Designation: Executive - IT

Required:
Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex software and hardware problems
- Installed Hard Disk, CD Drives, Sound Blaster Cards CPU, Memory, Power Supply Unit, Networking Card, Video Graphics Card, Hard Disk Controller Card On PC System
- Troubleshooting of NVR(s) - Cameras, IPBX - Telephone, personal computers online support to customers connecting their computer problems.
- Configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, firewalls, machines industrial systems, and servers.
- Computer assembling and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Installing and configuring the peripherals components and drives.

Additional Requirement:
Hands-on experience in hardware repair of printers

Profound knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in repairing process

Ability to troubleshoot printer and copier issues.

Ability to maintain logs of downtime, repairs, and meter charges.

Ability to verify warranty status and create tickets with vendors. Excellent hardware trouble shooting Skills.

**Salary**: Depend on Interview

Schedule: Day / Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Greater Noida

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: Total work: 1+ years (preferred)
