**Role Description**

This is a **full-time, on-site** role for a **Guest Service Associate (GSA)** at **Délifrance India**, located in **New Delhi**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Prepare and serve beverages and bakery products as per brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and inventory management.
- Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in the **hospitality or food service industry**.
- Prior experience as a **Guest Service Associate / Café Staff / Front-of-House team member** preferred.
- **Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation** is an advantage.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced environment**.
- **Attention to detail** and commitment to quality service.
- A **team player** with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of **food safety and hygiene practices**.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
