GMR Varalakshmi Foundation - the CSR arm of the GMR Group, for its flagship skilling program based in New Delhi is looking for Dynamic, Talented, and Eligible individual to fill up the position of Trainer - Guest Service Associate at Center for Empowerment & Livelihoods (5 Star rated & NSDC accredited). The Centre serves as an epitome of Vocational training. It has been recognized globally with features such as a State-of-the-art campus and modern Labs and classrooms fully equipped with essential equipments necessary for creating a nurturing environment. It has been serving for more than a decade as a stronghold for the underprivileged and marginalized youths who remain deprived of mainstream education and the opportunity to succeed in life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Design and deliver interactive training** sessions on the concepts of Housekeeping Assitant and Guest Service and other important topics related ot the course ensuring alignment with industry standards.

2. **Conduct Practical Training Sessions**: Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and simulations to equip trainees with industry-relevant skills.

3. **Assess Trainee Performance**: Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct assessments.

4. **Develop Training Materials**: Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and assessments.

5**. Industry Engagement**: Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.

6. **Trainee Support**: Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their concerns and queries.

7. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: Diploma/degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.

2. Certifications: Relevant certifications in hospitality, housekeeping, or training from respective SSC.

3. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality industry along with 1-2 years of training experience.

4. Skills: Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest service standards, and training principles.

5. Training Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Teaching/Training Experience: Experience in vocational training or teaching.

2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

3. Certification in Training: Certification in training or adult education.

4. Prior experience in skill development programs or government-funded training initiatives.

5. Understanding of youth employability challenges and strategies for workforce readiness.
