**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for Counter Staff at Bakington Bakery & Cafe. The Counter Staff will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, sales, and food and beverage preparation. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to provide warm and attentive service to customers.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales or a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation
- A hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or food industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
