Pune, India systems plus Full time

The VoIP Telephone Systems Administrator will manage and support the company's Cisco Unified Communications VoIP telephone system which includes Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, Gateways, SRST. Specific support emphasis will be on configuration, management, system upgrades and day-to-day operational support and maintenance.

Should have hands-on experience on the below Unified Communications Applications devices
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
- Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express.
- Cisco Contact Centre Express.
- Knowledge of basic telephony principals and VOIP protocols.
- Gateways: Cisco SIP, H.323 Gateway, MGCP Gateway.
- Endpoints: Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator, SIP Soft Phones.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot the VoIP SCCP/SIP phones.
- Cisco UCCX skill

Additional Telephony Experience required
- Troubleshooting principles working direct with TDM/SIP/VoIP carriers for support of issues/outages
- Engagement of third party local switch support for remote branch switch providers other than Cisco
