Key Responsibilities may include:

Technical Drawings: Preparing detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Material Selection: Selecting appropriate materials that meet design specifications, budget constraints, and sustainability requirements.

Building Codes and Regulations: Ensuring that architectural designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

Client Collaboration: Working closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints and incorporating them into the design process.

Team Coordination: Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate various disciplines into the overall project design.

Project Management: Overseeing the progress of architectural projects, monitoring timelines, and managing resources effectively.

Site Visits: Conducting regular site visits to assess construction progress, address any design-related issues, and ensure compliance with architectural plans.
