**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive **Data Research Executive** to join our Business Development team. This role is instrumental in supporting our Lead Generation Specialists by sourcing, verifying, and maintaining high-quality contact data of decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo.io. Your work will directly feed into our CRM (**Zoho**) and support targeted outreach efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct deep research to identify relevant companies and key decision-makers based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, and other enrichment tools to gather accurate contact details.
- Update and maintain lead information in **Zoho CRM**, ensuring **data accuracy, completeness, and consistency** at all times.
- Regularly audit and cleanse CRM data to ensure **data sanity**, remove duplicates, and replace outdated or invalid contacts.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Lead Generation team to understand upcoming campaigns and align data sourcing priorities accordingly.
- Track bounced or failed outreach and provide corrected or alternate contacts when necessary.
- Stay up to date with changes in target industries and company structures to keep data fresh and relevant.
