**This is your role. What part will you play?**
- Installing and maintaining the Oracle database software.
- Designs DataBase Schema to fulfill the business needs
- Monitors and Manages DataBase for large enterprise project
- Mentors Junior DataBase Developer in day-to-day activities
- Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, debugs, tests and documents packages, procedures and trigger to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects
- Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity.
- Altering storage structures to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Constructs data queries and performs data analysis to investigate data sources and identify data integrity issues
- Conducts and facilitates unit, load, performance, and integration testing
- Provides development estimates as needed
- Plan for the delivery cycle of DataBase deliverables
- Issue resolution for production, QA, and test systems
- The positions focus is more on database administration

- Data Warehousing Know-how
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- Basic JAVA Programming Skills
- Knowledge of Web services
- Experience with ETL processes and tools
- German Language Skills will be added advantage
- Domain Knowledge of EDI will be added advantage
- Conversant with agile software development processes / methodologies and exposure in working with multi-site global teams.
- Good exposure to business domains and ability and knowledge to connect business needs with database deliverables

**What else do I need to know?**
- Database Design
- Strong relational database experience
- Advanced SQL Capabilities
- Proficiency with Oracle 19 / PostgreSQL
- Expertise and Hands on experience on Oracle PL/SQL & PL/pgSQL, SQL Plus Development
- Experience with Toad and/or Oracle SQL Developer, PgAdmin
- Hands on experience developing Stored Procedure, triggers, function and packages.
