- Train and mentor floor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Monitor employee performance, provide regular feedback, and address any performance or disciplinary issues.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and resolving any potential hazards or risks.
- Prepare reports on floor activities, including sales, staffing, and operational metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized floor layout, ensuring a visually appealing and customer-friendly environment.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
