**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a strong social media presence and implement outreach strategies.

Develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve brand and business objectives.

Oversee paid advertising efforts on platforms such as **Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit**.

Support cross-channel marketing initiatives, including **SEO, SEM, and PR campaigns**.

Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries related to our brand and product offerings.

Monitor social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely engagement with the audience.

Create compelling and diverse content to enhance engagement, brand positioning, and customer interaction.

Track and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Manage partnerships with influencers, coordinate live events, webinars, and online community initiatives.

Lead and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration in a deadline-driven environment.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum **1-2 years of experience**in digital marketing, content creation, web design, or social media management.

Exceptional **written and verbal communication skills**with a creative and problem-solving mindset.

Expertise in managing social media platforms (**Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn**).

Experience in **customer engagement and online brand management**.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

**Bachelor’s degree**in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Familiarity with **Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite**, and other digital marketing tools.

Understanding of **SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies**.

Experience with social media management tools like **Buffer and Hootsuite**.

Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
