**Key Responsibilities**

- **Technical Support**: Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues efficiently
- **Solution-Focused Service**: Provide timely, personalized responses to customer inquiries
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Partner with internal departments for seamless problem resolution
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain detailed interaction records and ensure accurate documentation
- **Relationship Building**: Conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and issue resolution

**What We're Looking For**
- **Communication Master**: Excellent verbal and written English skills
- **Experience Preferred**: Background in voice process or customer service roles
