**International Voice Process**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a customer-focused and fluent English speaker to join our international voice process team in Perungudi, Chennai. As a customer support representative, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide excellent service to our international clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (8:00 pm - 5:30 am) and rotate shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.

**Job Details**:

- Location: Perungudi, Chennai.
- Experience: 0-2 years.
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
- Shift Timing: 8:00 pm - 5:30 am.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental Pay:
