Mandatory Requirements:
Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc..

Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.

Fair Understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies to understand IT requirements & formulate technical questions for screening.

Must be a team player.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Attitude to find answers and solutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Word.

Excellent organizational skills.

Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.

Understands the importance of safeguarding all critical data, information, and communication.

Multitasking ability with strong time management skills..

Must have excellent Sourcing skills.
