**Job Title**: Computer Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Ensure data is correctly formatted and follows company standards.
- **Data Validation**: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Perform routine checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word. Ensure all documents are accurate and professionally presented.
- **Support**: Provide general administrative support as needed, including preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and formula.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document preparation and formatting.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document preparation.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly present information and collaborate with team members.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Hours**: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- **Environment**: Office setting with moderate use of computer equipment and peripherals.
