We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused **Sales Assistant** to join our team at Chairwalla, a premier furniture manufacturer and retailer. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations in our showroom or retail space.
- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and assist them in finding the right furniture for their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product range, including features, materials, and pricing, to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Order Management**: Help customers with order placements, process sales transactions, and track customer orders from purchase to delivery.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with filing, maintaining customer records, and handling other administrative duties as needed.
- **Quotation Preparation**:A quotation is a formal document that outlines the pricing and terms for a specific product or service. For a furniture manufacturing company, preparing a quotation involves understanding customer requirements, estimating costs, and providing a clear, professional proposal.
- **Computer Knowledge**:Computer knowledge for Quotation and Order Preparation for Factory and follow up

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
