The Sales Assistant will engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service, assist in managing inquiries, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Responsibilities include maintaining records and databases, conducting follow-ups, and providing administrative support while enhancing the sales process's efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration and communication with clients and the team are essential components of this role.Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients- Proficient in Customer Service and adept at handling inquiries and resolving client concerns- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal- Proven Sales capabilities with a track record of supporting high-performing teams- Strong Organization Skills to manage records, scheduling, and administrative tasks effectively- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity and maintain a high standard of professionalism- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required
