**Required skills**
- Proven data entry working experience in Tally Prime & accuracy Familiarity with MS Office and data programs Trustworthy with an eye for detail
- Verifies and logs receipt of data.
- Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Bank reconciliation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision

**Responsibilities**
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate **Invoices**, reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 6 years (required)
