**Work From Office Role**
**(Hybrid)** - HSR Layout, Bengaluru
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop (no Canva) is essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in creating and curating visual content, including images, videos, and graphics, for social media posts.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing concepts and strategies.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box when creating social media content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop are a plus.
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts (personal or professional) is preferred, but not mandatory.
