JOB TITLE : Contract Management

GRADE : Asst. Manager

REPORTS TO : GM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaison/SPOC between selling entities and factory incl. engineering teams
- Coordinate the customized requirements (product deviations) from sales teams with cross functions in the factory
- Responsible for layout engineering & communications to customers
- Responsible for sales & shipment growth
- Develop and execute the annual business planning and forecast
- Develop the market analytics and guide the product development plans
- Coordinate with selling entities to understand local market requirements and build the product roadmap and strategy
- Develop and execute the new business opportunities by enhancing the product & market coverage
- Develop and execute the sales communication plans

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution. MBA from reputed institutions shall be added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 6-9 years of total work experience which includes experience in factory operations, sales & product management. Experience in project management & experience in elevator industry shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual, cultural & national customers, sales forecasting, market analytics, business planning, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.

ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED

Strong/clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Must be proficient in English (spoken, written)

Ability to team across functions & countries and resolve conflicts

Proficient with MS office & CAD tools
