**Job Title: Customer Support Advisor - (voice)**

**Work from Office**

**Requirements**:
**Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate**

**1.Good Communication skills**

**4.Flexible to work in shifts.**

**5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills**

**6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices**

**7.Good technical knowledge**

**Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate**

**Experience: Minimum 6 months in international **voice process experience**

**Shift: Rotational**

**Week Off: 2 days rotational week off**

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
