We're hiring a Principal Recruiter, reporting to Recruiting Manager. The Executive Search team plays a critical role in unleashing the potential of
_our team_, helping us to inclusively hire multiplier leaders that empower the Atlassian team to deliver remarkable outcomes for customers. We serve as partners to Atlassian's Leadership Group (ALG) in building their team, serving as strategic advisors who offer much more than a filled position.

Executive Recruiters embed within specific crafts and teams, serving as Client Leads for our C-Suite and their direct leaders, driving everything from interview process and search strategy to executive compensation. Our most successful recruiters are data-driven in managing search health and progression, passionate about advising and coaching their stakeholders (even if that means tough conversations), and committed to inclusive hiring.

**What you'll do**:

- Recruiting background with success leading senior stakeholders to successful hiring outcomes
- In-house recruitment experience
- Experience leveraging recruitment data to provide insights and lead behaviour change (where needed) with key stakeholders
- Exposure and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices designed to improve representation of URGs within Atlassian
- Alignment with our values, which are table stakes for how we collaborate, grow, and win as a team

**Your Background**:

- 12+ years of recruiting or related experience.
- 4+ years focused on Executive-level Search.
