**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth business processes.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of operational strategies and procedures.
- Handle vendor management and procurement processes.
- Support compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for management.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
