1. *Teaching and Instruction:* Delivering lectures, conducting laboratory sessions, and facilitating discussions on various topics in Chemistry according to the curriculum and academic standards of the institution.

2. *Curriculum Development:* Contributing to the development, review, and enhancement of the Chemistry curriculum, including designing course syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessment methods.

3. *Student Assessment:* Designing and administering quizzes, exams, assignments, and laboratory assessments to evaluate students' understanding and progress in Chemistry.

4. *Research and Scholarly Activities:* Engaging in research, scholarly activities, and professional development related to Chemistry, publishing research papers, and attending conferences to stay updated with advancements in the field.

5. *Student Mentoring:* Providing academic and career guidance, mentoring students on research projects, internships, and career pathways in Chemistry.

6. *Academic Support:* Offering additional support to students through office hours, tutoring, and advising to help them succeed academically in Chemistry courses.

7. *Lab Management:* Overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with lab assistants for effective conduct of experiments.

8. *Participation in Committees:* Serving on academic committees, such as curriculum development committees, examination boards, and faculty committees, to contribute to institutional governance and decision-making.

9. *Professional Collaboration:* Collaborating with colleagues within the Chemistry department, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to promote academic initiatives, research collaborations, and community outreach activities.

10. *Contribution to Institutional Goals:* Contributing to the achievement of institutional goals related to academic excellence, student retention, accreditation requirements, and overall institutional development.

11. *Continuing Education:* Pursuing continuous professional development opportunities, such as workshops, seminars, and training programs, to enhance teaching effectiveness and pedagogical skills.

12. *Ethical Standards:* Upholding ethical standards, academic integrity, and professional conduct in all interactions with students, colleagues, and the broader academic community.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
