We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chemistry Lecturer to join our organization. The lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and creating a positive learning environment. Freshers with a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Master’s degree in Chemistry/Science
- Minimum two years of work experience in the teaching field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Lesson planning and delivering lectures
- Overseeing laboratory activities
- Ensuring proper handling of chemicals, equipment and safety measures during experiments
- Conducting extracurricular activities
- Creating test papers and assignments
- Facilitate discussions and assess student performance
- Provide feedback and maintain student records
- Use teaching methods depending on the student's learning abilities
- Staying updated with the latest developments in teaching
- Building an engaging learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students
- Provide support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals
- Participate in college events and professional development activities as required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
