We are Looking: AI & Automation Operations Assistant

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves figuring things out, building smarter systems. We’re actively using tools like ChatGPT, Gumloop, and Notion to streamline everything from lead management to marketing workflows, and we’re looking for someone local who can jump in, learn fast, and help us build. This is part office admin, part systems builder, part ops assistant—ideal for someone who’s organized, tech-curious, and excited to be part of a small, creative team doing big things in hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage automations using AI tools (Gumloop, ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, etc.)
- Help analyze workflows to identify areas that can be automated or optimized
- Write and test AI prompts, logic trees, and decision-making flows
- Document processes and create SOPs
- Troubleshoot and iterate existing systems
- Research new AI tools and provide recommendations
- Support operations, marketing, and admin with automation requests

**Requirements**:

- Interest in AI, automation, systems thinking, or business operations
- Basic experience with tools like Notion, Zapier, or ChatGPT
- Strong written communication skills (you’ll be writing and testing prompts)
- Logical thinker who enjoys building or improving systems
- Ability to work independently and figure things out
- Bonus if you’ve played with tools like Airtable, Slack, Gumloop, or Google Workspace integrations
- Background in computer science, business, or marketing is a plus, but not required
