**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital graphics, branding, and marketing collateral.

Understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop design solutions that effectively communicate the desired message.

Execute design projects from concept to completion, adhering to established timelines and budgets.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your design capabilities.

Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography throughout all projects to maintain brand identity and visual integrity.

Collaborate closely with the creative team, including copywriters, photographers, and illustrators, to ensure seamless integration of design and content.

Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Provide constructive feedback and participate in design critiques to refine design concepts and improve overall quality.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in graphic design tools and techniques, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.

Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, receiving and implementing feedback effectively.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of web design and digital marketing trends is a plus.
