**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet specific needs.
- **Conceptualization and Execution**: Create initial design concepts, refine and finalize designs, and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- **Photo and Video Editing**: Edit and manipulate images and videos for use in digital and print formats.
- **User-Centric Design**: Work with user experience (UX) teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring designs enhance the user journey.
- **Adapt to New Trends**: Stay updated on current design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and how design fits into online and offline advertising.
- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Experience in web design, motion graphics, or 3D design is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web design basics is an advantage.
- Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of printing processes and pre-press preparation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
