As a Business Developer at SG Gurukul Digital Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting our services effectively, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and recommending tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new business opportunities, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on progress and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and trends is a plus.
- **Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
