**About this Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**Provide advice and assistance to key departments on all contractual matters.-
- Draft, vet, negotiate, and review a variety of agreements (domestic and international), managing them independently from start to finish.-
- Offer legal guidance on intellectual property laws.-
- Interpret contracts and advise business teams on contractual obligations.-
- Prepare and update templates for standard agreements.-
- Conduct in-depth legal research, monitor changes in applicable laws, and assess their impact on business operations.-
- Advise management on regulatory compliance and related matters.-
- Develop compliance checklists and audit relevant teams for adherence.-
- Maintain an updated contract database/legal repository and manage general administrative tasks such as contract bundling and filing.-
- Oversee end-to-end consumer complaints and litigation management, including drafting petitions, reviewing documents, preparing briefings, organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely filings and responses. Responsibilities also include visiting courts and providing administrative and logístical support.Educational Qualification

LLB or LLM in Law

Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience

Key Skills Required- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.-
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.-
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.-
- Strong ethical judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.Generic Competencies- Proactive with a results-driven mindset.-
