**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Senior Manager in documenting all land holdings / properties of Featherlite Group and updating the same from time to time. He will be responsible for tracking property tax, updated khatha and RTC’s, etc.
- Assist in all Litigation / Legal cases of group companies and appearing in front of appropriate authorities from time to time.
- Proper filing and maintenance of documents for existing and proposed lands which may be acquired or may be proposed for joint development.
- Drafting Sale Agreements, lease/rent agreements, Construction Agreements, Sale Deeds, Affidavits, Representations, etc. as per template drafts.
- Provided legal advice and support to internal departments, helping them understand legal implications and risks associated with their activities.
- To facilitate registration of documents before concerned sub-registrar’s office from time to time and obtaining of encumbrance certificates and certified copy of documents.
- Laisioning with government authorities/revenue authorities to get certified copy of land documents as per the requirement.
- Laisioning with Statutory Authorities namely, BDA, BBMP, BIAAPA, KPCB or any other Authority for the purpose of obtaining NOC’s / clearances.
- Prepared and vetted non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), statements of work (SOW), and service agreements, ensuring they met company standards and protected the organization's interests.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
