With an outlook for excellence and growth, we are looking for Stores and Purchase Executive for our Kitchen Cluster in Pithampur, to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency in our operations.

**Job Summary**:We require 1 Stores Executive for Pithampur location. The Stores Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s inventory and storage facilities. This role ensures the efficient handling, storage of goods, maintains accurate records, monitors stock levels, and upholds compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of incoming and outgoing goods, monitor stock levels, and place orders to replenish inventory as needed using ERP.
- **Stock Handling**: Ensure proper storage of items, optimize space utilization, and safeguard goods against damage or theft.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate inventory records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support smooth workflows.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect goods received, monitor storage conditions, and implement quality assurance measures.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols in the storage facility to ensure a hazard-free environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, BCOM or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in TALLY and Microsoft Excel and ERP are nececessary.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

**Work Environment**:

- Physical work involving lifting and moving inventory may be required.
- Time-sensitive, fast-paced, and collaborative workplace environment.

**Application Process**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
