Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain SAP B1 system operations.
- Support IT infrastructure, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Assist in user management, data entry, and report generation in SAP B1.
- Provide technical support to employees on IT-related issues.
- Ensure system security, backups, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with IT teams and vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Background: ITI (Computer & Hardware) or a related IT field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and SAP B1.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
