Junior Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team remotely from India. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects, including architecture, interior design, landscaping, branding, art, and more. Your primary focus will be to contribute to the design and development of projects in both India and other countries.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and creative architectural solutions for various projects.

Assist in the development and preparation of architectural designs, including concept development, space planning, and schematic design.

Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using drafting, modeling, and presentation software.

Conduct research and analysis on design trends, materials, and building codes to inform the design process.

Collaborate with interior designers, landscapers, branding specialists, and artists to integrate their expertise into project designs.

Assist in the coordination and management of project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Prepare and contribute to design presentations, both internally and to clients, showcasing design concepts and solutions effectively.

Support the senior architects in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any design-related issues that may arise.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Strong proficiency in architectural drafting and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

Proficiency in presentation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).

Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.

Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Flexibility and adaptability to work remotely, demonstrating effective time management and self-motivation.
