The firm operates with a factory equipped with highly professional and well-trained labor groups and on site construction activities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Kakkanad, Kochi. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting with architectural design, supporting project management efforts, and contributing to the integration of technical and functional elements in projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing innovative design solutions, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and project goals. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design - Knowledge of Project Management principles and practices - Familiarity with Software Development and Integration tools useful in architectural processes - Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, V-ray/Enscape/Corona, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to on-site project requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture - Relevant internship or work experience in architectural design is an added benefit
