Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect located in
Kakkanad, Kochi
. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting with architectural design, supporting project management efforts, and contributing to the integration of technical and functional elements in projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing innovative design solutions, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration tools useful in architectural processes
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, V-ray/Enscape/Corona, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to on-site project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Relevant internship or work experience in architectural design is an added benefit
