**Education :**:Graduation or 10 + 5 year diploma or 12 + 3 year diploma

**Experience :**:More than 2 year in Field sales

Roles & Responsibility:

- Recruit a team of Insurance agents
- Increase the sales
- Develop business strategy
- Motivate agents
- Make strategy for business developments
- Get incentives on making agents and insurance sales
- Do self sourcing to achieve sales targets
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
- Good team building skills
- Training and motivation capacity

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
