**Business Development**:
Sales Executive - Hospital Furniture

**Reports to**: Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to be a key player in our hospital furniture manufacturing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeted calling to prospective dealers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare institutions all over India.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

**Product and Market Expertise**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to our product development team.

**Sales Administration**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Forecast sales and prepare regular reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to manage a sales territory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
