We are currently seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective clients through the overseas education and immigration process. This involves providing expert advice, assisting with documentation, and helping clients achieve their dreams of studying abroad.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Provide detailed counseling to walk-in clients regarding overseas education opportunities, including courses, colleges, and study processes
- Assist clients by offering accurate and relevant information about the Canada study process and immigration procedures
- Follow up regularly with clients to ensure a smooth immigration process
- Meet and exceed assigned targets through effective counseling and lead conversion
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a motivated team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure
- A self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment or individually as needed
