**Profile: Visa Counsellor (Night Shift)Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide counselling to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct client assessments and suggest suitable visa/immigration options.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, rules, and procedural changes.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain detailed case records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when required.
- Work effectively in the **night shift** to cater to overseas clients across different time zones.

**Requirements**:

- 12th / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Visa Counsellor** (mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Sound knowledge of visa processes (study visa, tourist visa, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in **night shift hours**.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
