**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Acquire new corporate transport contracts and onboard new clients**:

- Represent BHS Transport in meetings with HR/Admin departments of potential client companies
- Promote our employee pick-and-drop services to MNCs, IT firms, and large organizations
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and service quotations
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand the unique transport needs of each client and offer customized solutions
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and contract status
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or client acquisition experience, preferably in transport or corporate services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to secure new business and grow client accounts
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficient in English and local language
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations
