**Job Role**

1) Part Analysis, Draft analysis, core cavity extraction in 3D software

2) Design DFM

3) Basic mouldflow analysis

4) Plastic injection mould Design

5) Injection mould design with 3 plate / 2 plate moulding construction and side core working

6) Injection mould design with Hot runner / cold runner system

7) Bill of Material preparation, 2D drawing with GD&T, Electrode design.

**Skills Required**:
1) Knowledge of plastic injection moulds, moulds constructions and workings

2) Knowledge of engineering plastics and its properties

3) Knowledge of mould steels and its properties.

4) Knowledge of toolroom machines and manufacturing techniques

5)Knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes. Cost and quality control

6) Knowledge of at lease 1 3D and 1 2D Design software.
