**Job Title**:Driver**:
The driver will be responsible for operating a vehicle to transport goods or passengers to specified locations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely deliveries. The driver will adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining the condition of the vehicle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Vehicles**: Drive assigned vehicles safely and efficiently, following all road and traffic laws.
- **Transport Goods/Passengers**: Safely transport cargo or passengers to and from destinations as required.
- **Route Planning**: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries or arrivals.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Inspect vehicles regularly for any maintenance issues and ensure proper working condition. Report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, passenger details, mileage, fuel consumption, and any other relevant data.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws at all times. Follow company policies regarding the safe handling and transport of goods or passengers.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by being professional, polite, and responsive to the needs of customers (if applicable).
- **Loading/Unloading**: In some cases, assist with loading and unloading goods if required.
- **Communication**: Communicate with dispatchers, managers, and other team members regarding schedules, deliveries, and any issues on the road.
- **Emergency Handling**: In the event of an accident, breakdown, or other emergency, the driver must follow emergency protocols and report the incident.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Driver's License**: Must possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- **Experience**: Previous driving experience (preferably with a clean driving record).
- **Knowledge of Routes**: Familiarity with local and regional routes and navigation systems.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to handle long hours on the road and carry out basic vehicle maintenance.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Able to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage schedules and time efficiently to ensure timely arrivals.
- **Background Check**: Must pass a background check, including driving history and criminal record, depending on company policy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with specific vehicles (e.g., trucks, buses, delivery vans).
- First aid or emergency response training.

**Work Environment**:

- This position may require long hours, including nights and weekends, depending on the role.
- It may involve driving in varying weather conditions and terrain.

**Salary**:
The salary for a driver can vary depending on the type of driving job, company, location, and experience level. Typically, drivers are compensated on an hourly or salary basis, with the potential for overtime or bonuses.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
