**Job Title**: Surgical Robotics Trainee (with Job Placement)

**Location**: Bangalore

**Training Duration**: 2 Months
**Stipend During Training**: ₹15,000 per month
**Post-Training CTC (On-Role)**: ₹25,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as **Surgical Robotics Trainees**. This is a unique opportunity to undergo a 2-month intensive training program focused on the operation, maintenance, and teaching of surgical robotic systems. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be placed in a full-time role where you will be responsible for educating and supporting surgeons in the use of robotic surgery systems and their components.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Period (2 Months)**:

- Learn the working mechanisms of robotic surgery systems, including robotic arms, instruments, and software.
- Understand the different parts of the surgical robotic system and how they interact during surgery.
- Gain hands-on experience in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting surgical robotics equipment.
- Participate in workshops and simulation exercises to enhance technical understanding.
- **Post-Training (Full-Time Role)**:

- Train and assist surgeons and medical staff in the use of robotic surgery equipment and related instruments.
- Provide technical support during surgeries, ensuring smooth operation of robotic systems.
- Educate medical teams about the features, capabilities, and limitations of the robotic systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for medical professionals.
- Serve as a point of contact for any operational or technical queries related to robotic surgery systems.
- Collaborate with surgeons to ensure optimal outcomes during robotic-assisted surgeries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- A background in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electronics), Medical Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of medical equipment and technology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- A keen interest in medical technology and innovation.
- Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about cutting-edge technology in surgery.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
- Proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with medical professionals in a clinical environment.
- Willingness to travel or work at different medical facilities, as required.
