**Responsibilities**:
Design and deliver courses in multimedia animation, covering topics such as 2D animation principles, 3D modeling and animation techniques, motion graphics design, compositing, and visual effects.

Develop and update curriculum and instructional materials to ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging trends in multimedia animation.

Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations using animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.

Provide mentorship and guidance to students, assisting them in developing their portfolios and preparing for careers in animation and multimedia.

Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in multimedia animation through research and professional development activities.

Provide academic advising, support, and assistance to students, including career planning and job placement guidance.

Perform administrative tasks related to teaching, such as grading assignments, maintaining student records, and attending faculty meetings.

**Software Proficiency**: Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent tools.

**Creativity**: Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing animations.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying skill levels.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and analytically.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing technologies, industry trends, and student needs.

**Qualification**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher in animation, multimedia design, visual effects, or a related field.

**Industry Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in multimedia animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.
