**Overseas Education Counsellor(Counselling + Sales + Ops)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Connect with prospect students lead, generated through various online/offline campaigns.
- Understand the queries/ needs and requirements, help on the same respectively
- Route qualified students through the appropriate sales closure procedures.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
**Requirements**:
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any graduate degree or equivalent
Annual gross package would be 1.8LPA (15100/- PM gross), annual bonus performance based. This profile would also have variable pay -Incentives(performance based).
