Acadment is all about Executive Education where we offer Advance Diploma courses from Various institutes like Welingkars, Online Manipal, ISBM institute etc. Our role is to sell these courses to masses. Each course would have a certain criteria to pitch.
We have an opening for the post of Admission Counsellor
Company: Indian School of Business Management and Administration (ISBM)
Position: Admission Counsellor
Qualification: Graduate or HSC Pass( Excellent Communication Skills )
Job Location: Bhayander (W)
**Salary**: 10k to 20K+incentive
- Responsible to convert leads, Lead generation and regular follow ups to prospect leads for sales.
- Sell online courses and achieve daily sales target.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done Achieving monthly sales targets, cold calling.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Details pertaining to lead discussions conversion should be updated in real-time on CRM software.
- Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as a number of enrollments.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.
- Well versed with Microsoft excel and google sheet.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
