As a Telesales Associate, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Maintain excellent levels of quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction scores
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
- Meet productivity, quality, and sales targets consistently.
- Escalate situations in an appropriate manner and coordinate with supervisors for swift resolutions.

**Must-Have**:

- **_A neutral accent in English (without any MTI - Mother Tongue Influence)_**:

- **_Excellent verbal and written skills in English_**:

- **Willingness to work at night shifts (US Shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am)**

**1-month process training will be provided**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹180,000.00 per year
