Anyone who not only understands the data, the models, & the math but also its necessity & impact on business

Anyone who loves to speak with stakeholders, understand the business and then proactively identify opportunities where ML can bring in significant value

**Some filters we use to shortlist you and, in their priority**
- Should have working knowledge in traditional ML models, not just DL
- Experience in working with unsupervised NLP tasks is a bonus
- Graduation/post-graduation in relevant courses

**Key skillsets that our job demands**
- Ability to identify and solve business problems - the ML way
- Wholesome thinking - not just ML models but analytical products
- Effective communication & team player
- Curious despite having developed expertise

**And other specific skillsets we would love you to bring on to our team**
- Experience tackling unsupervised NLP problems
