Anyone who not only understands the data, the model and the math but also its necessity & impact on business
Anyone who loves to speak with stakeholders, understand the business and then proactively identify opportunities when ML can bring in significant value

Some filters we use to shortlist you and, in their priority
1. Min. 3 years relevant work experience
2. Should have working knowledge in traditional ML models, not just DL
3. Experience in working with unsupervised NLP tasks is a bonus
4. Graduation/post-graduation in relevant courses

Key skillsets that our job demands
1. Ability to identify and solve business problems - the ML way.
2. Wholesome thinking - not just ML models but analytical products.
3. Effective communication & team player
4. Curious despite having developed expertise

1. Experience tackling unsupervised NLP problems
