**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated **Freshers** who are passionate about communication and client interaction. The role involves handling inbound/outbound client calls, resolving queries, maintaining strong relationships, and assisting the sales team in day-to-day activities. Training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve client queries effectively and timely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales/Support) for smooth operations.
- Share client feedback with relevant teams for service improvements.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Good listening skills and a customer-first approach.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and patience while speaking to clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales/customer service role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome).
- **Prior internship or part-time experience in customer handling will be an added advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
